Zero tolerance — minors & illegal content
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualized depiction of persons under 18 — real, fictional, or AI-generated.
Creating, requesting, attempting to create, or distributing such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund.
We deploy automated safeguards, content filters, and abuse detection designed to block prohibited requests. Users who attempt to bypass, jailbreak, or evade these measures remain fully responsible for their conduct and may be permanently banned.
Where required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities, including preservation and disclosure of account identifiers and logs permitted by applicable law, when we become aware of illegal activity — especially involving minors.
Prohibited uses
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real persons without permission.
- Content depicting minors or characters presented as minors in sexual contexts.
- Violence, exploitation, or illegal activity of any kind.
- Attempts to circumvent safety systems, filters, or age controls.
Data & privacy
We do not store your uploaded images, generated images, videos, or prompts beyond what is technically required to process a single request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Payments
Virtual credits or purchases made through Telegram or other supported payment methods are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a verified technical failure that prevented delivery of a paid service.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to content you create or request.
