img2p (“we”, “us”) operates @img2p_bot on Telegram. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what we do not store, and how we handle your data.
What we do not store
- We do not permanently store images, videos, or prompts you submit for generation.
- We do not build a gallery or archive of your generated content.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Media is processed only for the duration needed to complete your request and is not retained for marketing or training purposes by us.
What we may store
To operate the Service, we may store limited account data, such as:
- Your Telegram user ID and public username (as provided by Telegram).
- Coin balance, purchase history, and usage counters needed for billing.
- Preferences required for the bot to function (e.g. language or settings you choose).
- Short-lived technical logs for abuse prevention, security, and debugging.
Chat messages may be cached briefly in memory to power conversational features, but are not kept as a permanent record of your content.
Third-party processing
Image and video generation may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers. When you submit a request, the minimum data required to fulfill that request is transmitted to those providers. Their handling is governed by their own policies; we select providers with appropriate security practices.
Safety, abuse & law enforcement
We operate automated systems to detect prohibited content, including any material involving minors. We maintain zero tolerance for CSAM or sexual content depicting minors.
If you attempt to bypass safety measures, we may log associated identifiers and permanently ban your account. Where legally required or appropriate, we may report illegal activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, including sharing account and technical information permitted under applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us via @img2p_bot to submit a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us immediately.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
