2. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service and generate AI-Generated Content.
- Deliver finished videos and messages to your Telegram chat with our bot.
- Process payments and manage credits or subscriptions.
- Improve, test and develop our models, algorithms and features.
- Monitor and secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts and support.
3. Sharing of information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics vendors and similar subprocessors under appropriate agreements.
- Legal & compliance — when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- With your consent — where you explicitly authorize sharing.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, referral attribution, preferences, analytics and service improvement. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features (such as staying signed in) may not function correctly.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Website library & previews. Images and videos shown in the in-app library or preview are stored temporarily so you can use Create and related features. This site copy may expire automatically after a limited period (for example, a few hours) and is not intended as permanent storage.
Telegram delivery. When you generate a video, we send the finished file to your Telegram chat with our bot. That Telegram copy is your long-term record of the output and remains available in Telegram according to Telegram's own rules and your chat history.
Content deletion. When you delete content from the website library or request account deletion, we remove the corresponding site-side copies from our systems. Deletion on the website does not remove messages already delivered to your Telegram chat; you can delete those in Telegram separately. Where the law requires limited retention (for example fraud-prevention or bookkeeping records), we may keep non-content metadata without your images or videos.
6. International transfers
- Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction where privacy laws may differ.
- We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information.
7. Security
- We implement industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data.
- However, no security measure is unconditional; you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Your rights
You may have rights to:
- Access, correct or delete personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (processing prior to withdrawal remains lawful).

9. Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your lucidxx account and associated site-side data at any time by emailing
support@lucidxx.com from the email or Telegram account linked to your profile, or by using any in-app account deletion option we make available in Settings.
Deletion is irreversible for data we control on the website. Credits, library items and personal data stored for the Service will be erased except where retention is required by law (for example fraud-prevention and bookkeeping records, which do not include your content). Messages and media already sent to your Telegram chat are controlled by Telegram and must be deleted there if you no longer want them.
10. Children's privacy
- The Service is not directed to children under 18.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
- If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
- We will post the revised version and revise the "Last updated" date.
- Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice where appropriate.
